Instructions

Pour brandy and ginger ale directly into highball glass with ice cubes. Stir gently. Garnish with lemon zest. If desired, add dashes of Angostura Bitter.

• 2 oz Brandy
• 5 oz Ginger ale
• 2 dashes Bitters
